1. Introductory provisions
These terms govern the use of the VOOK website and platform, software for service management and online bookings.
2. VOOK services
VOOK offers administration tools, online bookings and planned modules for gift vouchers and payments. The exact scope may differ according to the selected solution.
3. Current platform status
We develop the platform continuously. Availability of individual features, including vouchers and payment gateways, may change according to the current development stage and the agreement with the customer.
4. Account and access
Users must protect their access details, provide accurate information and prevent unauthorised access. They are responsible for activity performed under their account to the extent provided by law.
5. User responsibilities
The platform may only be used lawfully. Users must not compromise security, bypass access restrictions, upload malicious content or infringe third-party rights.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability without maintenance, external service outages or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Pricing and payments
Prices and payment terms will be set out in a specific offer or agreement. Payment gateways are part of the roadmap and their availability depends on completion of the integration.
8. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
9. Intellectual property
The website, platform, texts, graphics, logo and other VOOK content are protected by law. They may not be copied or used beyond ordinary service use without our consent.
10. Liability
The parties' liability is governed by applicable law and the relevant agreement. We are not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control or improper use of the service.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current wording will be published on this page.
